Multiple drugs: Various toxicities: case report.

A 56-year-old man with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type exhibited various toxicities and treatment non-adherence while receiving multiple medications. Despite being treated with clozapine, oxcarbazepine, paliperidone, and other drugs, he experienced subtherapeutic clozapine levels, drooling, sedation, extrapyramidal symptoms, and constipation. The man's complex medical and psychiatric history, including suicidal ideation, prior violence, and non-adherence to treatment, contributed to his challenging clinical course.
