Abstract

A 70-year-old man experienced hypotension while being treated with nitroglycerin for chest pain related to coronary artery disease. Despite receiving nitroglycerin infusion, he developed hypotension, leading to various complications such as acute kidney injury, cardiogenic shock, and liver injury. The man's treatment included intra-aortic balloon pump placement, and he underwent procedures like extra corporeal membrane oxygenation and Impella RP flex to address his deteriorating condition. The outcome of the adverse drug reaction was not specified in the report. [Extracted from the article]
