Olanzapine: Lack-of-efficacy: case report.

A 14-year-old girl with early onset schizophrenia exhibited lack of efficacy while being treated with olanzapine. After experiencing a recurrence of psychotic symptoms following discharge, she required a second hospitalization due to homicidal and suicidal risk.
