Abstract
- A 56-year-old man developed cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis (CLV) while being treated with rifampicin for pulmonary tuberculosis. The onset of symptoms occurred 3 weeks after starting isoniazid, rifampicin, and levofloxacin for tuberculosis. After stopping the medications and starting prednisolone, the CLV resolved within 2 weeks. The man was found to have mono-resistance to rifampicin, and other medications were re-initiated without recurrence of symptoms. [Extracted from the article]
