Digitalization affects business processes in service organizations and manifests itself through the introduction of digital technologies to improve their efficiency. This leads to changes in business processes and, in some cases, to a complete transformation of the company's business model. Economists and experts predict that such changes will affect all companies in the future. The purpose of this study is to improve and implement methods of digitalization of business processes in educational centers to optimize their work, increase productivity and improve interaction with customers. The article analyzes the nature of digitalization in education and considers the application of digitalization in the business processes of educational institutions. The study identified key modern tools for effective modeling of business processes that help improve the efficiency and competitiveness of business processes, as well as the overall performance of the company against the background of digitalization. As part of the work, a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of business process modeling in the context of digitalization was also developed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
