Abstract

This study investigated the suhchronic toxic effects of triclocarban(TCC) on the early life stages of Oryzias Melastigma. The result showed lhal TCC could reduce the heart rate and hatching rate of embryos and decrease the survival rate of larvae. Typical bio marker assays revealed lhal TCC could cause damage to the antioxidant and nervous systems of embryos. Through subchronic toxicity studies, we can further understand the potential toxic effects and mechanisms of TCC on the early stages of marine organisms, providing essential theoretical guidance for the early risk assessment and control of TCC toxicity.
