Abstract

The passivating-step-free strategy is essential to fabricating high-quality large-area perovskite film with less defects, which can be implemented in semi-transparent perovskite solar modules. The functional additive not only modulates perovskite crystalline orientation but also passivates perovskite surface defects without post-treatment passivation step, contributing to a notable efficiency of 18.71% for semi-transparent FA 0.95 Cs 0.05 PbI 3 solar module with an aperture area of 64.0 cm2.
