There is a significant change and development process in the 21st century. One of the most important developments of this century, which is called the digitalization age, is undoubtedly the effective use of artificial intelligence. Although there are many question marks regarding the application of artificial intelligence, which is one of the most important parts of digitalization, artificial intelligence provides significant advantages. Artificial intelligence is applied in the field of public administration as well as in many other fields and adds an important dimension to the research in this field. Today, many public institutions integrate digital applications such as artificial intelligence into their bodies and make effective use of these applications in order to adapt to the changing and developing world and to meet the demands and expectations of citizens. The purpose of this study, which was conducted with the literature review method, is to show the place and importance of artificial intelligence applications in public administration, which enable faster and more effective presentation of transactions.
