Studio prospettivo finalizzato alla creazione di registro pazienti Sarcoidosi.

SAR-FOR-REG is a prospective observational study. All Sarcoidosis patients seen at Morgagni Hospital, Forlì (Italy), between July 2024 and July 2026, will be recorded in the SAR-FOR-REG database. At every visit, KSQ, mMRC and FAS score will be administered and data will be collected: symptoms, examination, laboratory tests, radiological tests (CT, MRI, CT/PET, US), lung function, cardiovascular tests, drugs, comorbidities, family history. Primary Objective. to create a registry to be used for clinical studies: 1) predictive factors of disease exacerbation, deterioration despite treatment, side effects; 2) outcome of paucisymptomatic patients treated with steroids; 3) role of symptoms in therapeutic decisions; 4) KSQ and FAS validation in Italian speaking population; 5) heart involvement incidence [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
