Antineoplastics: Lack of efficacy: case report.

A 73-year-old woman with multiple myeloma exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with bortezomib, daratumumab, lenalidomide, and pomalidomide. Despite undergoing two autologous haematopoietic bone marrow transplants, she experienced disease progression, leading to relapse and the need for CAR-T-cell therapies. Complications such as bronchiectasis and Aspergillus infection were identified and treated with antibiotics and antifungal medication, along with immune-globulin therapy. [Extracted from the article]
