Abstract
- A 31-year-old male patient with exogenous ochronosis, caused by long-term use of hydroquinone, underwent three sessions of picosecond 755 nm alexandrite laser treatment. The treatment resulted in significant resolution of pigmentation after 6 months, with no observed complications. The use of this laser for exogenous ochronosis is a novel and effective approach, offering promising results for patients seeking to reduce hyperpigmentation in visible facial areas.
