Abstract

A 70-year-old woman experienced drug intolerance in the form of gastrointestinal side effects and weight loss while being treated with bortezomib for post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. She also showed lack of efficacy during treatment with daratumumab for the same disorder. Despite initially being suspected of having squamous cell carcinoma, she was diagnosed with PTLD and successfully treated with radiotherapy and immunosuppression reduction therapy. Subsequent treatments with daratumumab and bortezomib were adjusted, leading to resolution of lesions and no new lesions after rituximab treatment. [Extracted from the article]
