Abstract

Results of the development of an industrial technology for the enrichment of the 13C isotope on the basis of the multiphoton dissociation of the molecules of a substance under the action of the radiation of a pulsed CO2 laser are presented. The world's first industrial plant for the 13C enrichment "Uglerod" is described. The physical bases for the effective production of 13C with a concentration higher than 99% are considered.
