Abstract
- The growth and development of children on the path of health and natural path has always been one of the concerns of human societies. In order to achieve empowerment and selfefficacy, children need to have characteristics, one of the important characteristics of childhood is emotion management. This type of management plays a very important role for disorders, especially separation anxiety disorder, because childhood is a teachable approach, and this type of management can affect the ability of the parent-child relationship and other people involved in the child's growth and development process. The study method in this article is a simple narrative review, which is due to the changes in concepts and developments in the field of emotional management, emotions, children's self-efficacy and various disorders during the last ten years, parallel to the passage of time, the search is based on the last 10 years and in both Persian and English languages. and with keywords; Emotional management, emotion, self-efficacy, children, separation anxiety disorder, children's self-efficacy were conducted in PubMed, Google Scholar, SCOPUS, Science Direct databases. 163 articles were found, and after 4-stage screening, 18 articles were included in the study. The results showed that emotion management in children with separation anxiety disorder requires providing a platform for the child to enjoy self-efficacy according to his age, sometimes with the help and sometimes without the help of parents and other officials in the field of child health and education. Therefore, paying attention to the mental and emotional health of the child, along with his physical health, is an important responsibility of the family and the society. The separation of the child from the family and the child's reintegration into the society require arrangements that both the family and the society must provide because mental disorders in adulthood. It is usually rooted in childhood, and fixing it at a young age and creating a platform for self-efficacy will greatly help the child, other family members, child health care providers, teachers, and others involved in child care.
