Abstract

Objective: To describe how judicial archives have carried out the digital dissemination of their collections, products and services as a means of ensuring access to the documentary cultural heritage of the Brazilian courts of justice. Methodology: This is a qualitative research that, through documentary research, analyzed the portals of the 27 courts of justice. Results: It is found that there is still a large number of judicial archives, 33%, which do not have a web page in the institutional portals (either in the Memory Portals or on judicial websites) to carry out some type of dissemination of archival information and that the activities of Disclosure is carried out by only 04 (four) courts. The availability of information on the products of the archives, such as research and management tools, on the existing web pages. Even with the new Resolutions of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), which have been published since 2020, it is clear that there is still much to advance in terms of the work of disseminating these files.
