Abstract

To explore the application effect of butorphanol and dezocine combined with enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) and systematic analgesia management in pediatric anesthesia. Methods: 97 children who needed surgical treatment were divided into control group (treated with butorphanol and dezocine, n=48) and observation group (treated with ERAS and systematic analgesia management on the basis of control group, n=49) by random number table method. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Wong-Baker facial expression pain scale (FPS) score, Ramsay sedation score, anesthesia awake time, orientation recovery time, mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results: The Ramsay sedation score at 6 h after operation in observation group was higher than that in control group, and FPS and VAS scores were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). From the start of operation until after operation, MAP and HR in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of children did not show any statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of butorphanol, dezocine combined with ERAS and systematic analgesia management in pediatric anesthesia, which can effectively sedation and analgesia, maintain hemodynamic stability, and have good safety.
