- Examines the migrainous vertigo (MV) unresponsive to antimigraine therapy in a child with "asymptomatic" cerebellar lesion. Diagnostic challenge of patients presenting with MV; Performance of magnetic resonance imaging particularly in children with a poor or no response to antimigraine therapy; Symptoms of brainstem or cerebellar involvement.
