Abstract

The present paper explores a four-dimensional mathematical model with viral infection of plankton bloom in a phytoplankton-zooplankton, Mathematical modeling on plankton dynamics is a great interest in researchers. Here we discuss the mass action law for nutrient. We also discuss the existence and local stability of equilibrium points. To investigate the biological implication of threshold parameters and community structure. We analysis the local stability of interior equilibrium point and hopfrbifurcation.
