The exploitation of sand and cruhed stone deposit, establish special problem for the characteristic of the natural environment where it is done. The prejudice for protecting the environment, joined to the legislation does that the mining activity should be done with a rational project that observe previosly the recovering of the affected ground according with the existing ecosystems. This paper presents an evaluation of the environmental impact that carries out the exploitation of fluvial deposit with sand and crushed stone, located into the limits of Alejandro de Humboldt park, both and the prevent measurement that will have to adopt themselves for minimizing the impact over the environment in order to resemble the exploitation and the protection of natural environment.
