- Examines who and why some are more attentive and how greater or less attentiveness affects individual behaviors related to mitigating air quality problems and how greater or less attentiveness is associated with support or opposition to air quality policies in the U.S. Overview of the Texas Air Quality Survey; Variables which are very important in delimiting greater attentiveness; Description of how various components of the citizenry approached fundamental beliefs about democracy, electoral participation and candidate selection.
