Abstract

The article presents a report entitled "The Priority of Human Rights to Democracy" presented at the WPSA meeting held in Oakland, California. The content of human rights should be determined through democratic deliberation, where its precise meaning will be supported with the political theorists. The author stresses that if the purpose of the existing principles of human rights is to validate individual agency then human rights is obliged to be practiced for its norms.
