Killer who claimed rap music as influence executed in Texas.

This article reports that condemned inmate Ronald R. Howard, who cited anti-police rap music as the motive for murdering a Texas state trooper in 1992, was executed in Huntsville, Texas. Howard was executed for the murder of 43-year old Public Safety Officer Bill Davidson during a traffic stop for a broken headlight. At the time of the shooting, Howard was 18 and a father of four, and was on probation for burglary.
