Rhode Island PLs Fix Filtering.

The article discusses the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Rhode Island's problems with filtering software at public libraries in Rhode Island. The Cooperating Libraries Automated Network (CLAN) will allow library users to ask librarians to deactivate the filter when Web sites are blocked.
