Notes on Andean-patagonian Discomycetes II. Taxonomic novelties.

Descriptions and illustrations of some Pezizales and Helotiales from the Nothofagus forest of Argentina are given. A new species is proposed: Hyalopeziza striata sp. nov. Lamprospora annulata Seav. is the first record for the southern hemisphere. First records for Argentina are: Galactinia praetervisa Bres., Helvella leucopus Pers., Plectania rhytidia (Berk in Hook f) Nannf. & Korf in Korf, Velutarina rufo-olivacea (Alb. & Schwein. Fr.) Korf, Bisporella discedens (P. A. Karst.) Carpenter. Comments on the distribution and ecology of some species are given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
