Abstract
- Discusses a study which compared the electrical properties for near-noble transition-metal-based ohmic contacts with a M/Zn/M sandwiched structure prepared on p-type indium phosphide (InP). Experimental procedures of the study; Contact resistance measurements; Microstructural analysis using x-ray diffraction and cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (XTEM); Interdiffusion of nickel and lead with InP.
