The article presents several articles related to environmental policy and law published in several journals. The articles include "The Right of Everyone to the Enjoyment of the Highest Attainable Standard of Physical and Mental Health", "Right to Drinking Water and Sanitation" and "International Whaling Commission." The Commission on Human Rights has reaffirmed various resolutions relevant to human rights reflected in article 25, paragraph 1 of the Universal Declaration of human Rights, article 12 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
