Abstract
- This article discusses a recent report from the panel charged with monitoring the overhaul of the New Jersey child welfare program. The overall conclusion of the report states that even though the state has poured millions into the program, it still fails to provide the most basic services. Attorney Susan Lambiase of Children's Rights Inc. says that the federal court may intervene and initiate a takeover if the panel and the state can't come to an agreement on fixing the system.
