Abstract
- The article reports on the reshuffling of cabinet member made by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Chief of Staff Dmitry Medvedev was appointed to serve as first deputy prime minister of Russia. Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov, on the other hand, was appointed deputy prime minister in charge of defense and the defense industry. While Tyumen Province Governor Sergei Sobyanin will take over the position left vacated by Medvedev.
