Abstract

The article reports on the use of personal digital assistants for documenting primary care clinical pharmacy services in a health maintenance organization in the U.S. The medical community has recognized the significance of developing a standardized electronic documentation system to facilitate data collection, compilation, and analysis to assess the value of clinical pharmacy staff in a primary care setting.
