Abstract
- The concept of the p-ideals in a semiring was first introduced by Mukhopadhyay and Ghosh [4] and subsequently various characteristic features of a p-ideal in different classes of semirings were obtained in [4], [5] and [6]. In the present paper the concepts of p-prime and p-semiprime ideals of a semiring are provided and various results on these classes of ideals are obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
