CEC Professional Standards Conference.

The article highlights the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) Professional Standards Conference at the Sheraton-Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. from May 6-8, 1965. Frances P. Connor, former CEC president was selected as chairman of the conference. General issues in special education will be discussed by the participants. The conference will consider standards proposed through working paper s in particular areas. The names of the members of the Professional Standards Committee who are responsible for guiding the activities of the project are presented.
