THE BLIND ADOLESCENT and his needs.

The article explores the basic needs of blind adolescents in relation to the needs of sighted adolescents. Blind individuals required utilization of intellectual, physical and emotional functioning in daily activities. Development of these skills were essential for the blind to effectively communicate with sighted person. Examples of researches on critical problems regarding blindness and their communication with sighted persons were mentioned to provide insights on the difficulty experience by blind individuals.
