Abstract

The article describes the single-case experimental design used in veterinary medicine. Single case designs are used to assess a subject matter over a time period. The aim of the baseline phase in a single-case study design is to obtain a reference for comparison with the effect of intervention. Single-case design also includes the selection of measurement intervals and the display of data.
