Abstract
- The article presents a speech by Karl Rove, chief advisor to the U.S. president, delivered before the Federalist Society in Washington, D.C., November 11, 2005. He discusses the contributions of the Federalist Society as one of the intellectual organizations in the country. He also presents examples of judicial activism. Rove also emphasizes the role of the judiciary in the government and in the country.
