- Information about several papers presented during the conference titled "Productivity Growth: Causes and Consequences," held at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, California on November 18-19, 2005. The conference discussed the causes of productivity growth which showed that the volume of knowledge grows deeper and wider over time. The study also points out the potential importance of networking as a means for the dissemination of technology.
