Abstract
- The article discusses the importance of physical education as part of the school curriculum. The overall impact of physical education is nutrition and health. Physical activity affects the academic performance of the child and influence academic achievement. A fitness area or a gym in school must be integrated as part of a physical education areas. This integration is another way of reinforcing an instruction to students.
