Use of a corset by golfer Craig Wood at the National Open Golf Championship in 1941 due to a cracked spinal disk; Chain wore by football player Cecil Isbell on his bad shoulder to prevent it from slipping out of place; Truss worn by distance runner Greg Rice for his double hernia.
