Abstract
- The article describes an integrated planning solution delivered at the Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. (IOCL). The IOCL has implemented an information technology (IT) reengineering project to maintain its leadership in the Indian hydrocarbon sector. Project features include an enterprise resource planning package (ERP) and supply chain management or decision support solutions to optimize the company's entire supply chain.
