Abstract

The article describes the marketing strategies of the Library Services team of the Knowledge and Information Management Department of Swiss Re, a global reinsurance and financial services firm. The Library Services team manages Swiss Re's library composed of almost 50,000 titles on reinsurance, financial services and other related topics. The marketing activities of the team are designed to encourage underwriters, risk managers and other employees to use the library to get fast and relevant information.
