Bad to worse for weather.

The author relates his experience on livestock farming in Bushmills, Northern Ireland. The cold weather has taken a heavy toll on the health of lambs. Two countryside management courses were hosted in his farm. There is funding deficit which is allocated for farm nutrient management improvements to comply with the nitrates directive.
