Alexander Hamilton Is Man of the Hour At Treasury Again.

The article discusses a dispute between Treasury Secretary John Snow, and former Treasury Secretary under Clinton, Robert Rubin. Rubin has proposed a plan to promote economic policies which, he thinks, are very different from the ones now being used. He named this plan "the Hamilton Project" after the U.S.' first Treasury Secretary, Alexander Hamilton. Snow thinks that Hamilton's name is being misused by being associated with Rubin's proposal.
