Abstract: The article focuses on the murder of real estate developer and Andrew M. Kissel, who had been accused of fraud before his death, in Greenwich, Connecticut in April 2006. Greenwich police chief James A. Walters says that Kissel was likely the intentional target of homicide, and not the victim of a random crime, given that no signs of robbery or forced entry have been found.
