Abstract
- The article comments on the paper "Changes in Canadian heroin supply coinciding with the Australian heroin shortage," by E. Wood and colleagues in a 2006 issue. The paper stated that the naxolone utilization statistics were restricted to fiscal-year summaries. However, it is not clear whether similar restrictions have been applied on all the other indicators. Moreover, before-after comparisons cannot be used to effectively examine time-series data.
