Synthetic analogues of the manzamenones and plakoridines which inhibit DNA polymerase

Abstract: An array of novel analogues of the marine oxylipins, the manzamenones and plakoridines, have been prepared in divergent fashion using an approach modelled on a biogenetic theory.
