Abstract: The article talks about the Dominican Order founded by Saint Dominic in 1216. The priests in this orders are called friars and their aim is to improve the mind and spread it to the world. Those ordained as priests are addressed as fathers, who vowed of lifelong poverty, chastity and obedience. Photographs of Dominican friars are also presented.
