Abstract
- The article presents a case report of a 72-year old man diagnosed with acalculus cholecystitis with perforation. It offers the patient's condition before the diagnosis. The major clinical setting and other predisposing factors of acalculus cholecystitis and information about its diagnosis and therapeutic options are discussed.
