Family Law in the Fifty States 2004-2005: Case Digests.

The article presents a brief statement that presents the main points in a concise form of the family law cases in the U.S. that covers approximately the period of August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005. The case digests are laid out in a topical outline format and alphabetized by state within each topic heading. Summary does not feature every case from every jurisdiction but sets off some of the more significant case. Accordingly, the case digests are the product of reports submitted by state reporters and appended and supplemented by law school student staff.
