Although the paper that it is assigned in the individuals development to the other ones is an accepted question in a widespread way in the diverse authors that approach the human development, it is particularly from the look of the different slopes that they are near to the call Cultural Psychology that this position acquires a special shade; here it's not a factor or question of lineal determination or simple contextual element, but as an inherent part to the process of the human being formation. The objective of the present work is to present an analysis around an experience of intentional structuring of the paper of the other one in the formation of psychology students in connection with the field of the basic school education. The activities, strategies and moments that conform it are described and some data are allowed to give bill of the possibilities to take advantage and to plan the encounters with the other one and of their importance for the professional development of the students.
