Foreign Fad Battered.

The article reports on the company Flooring by Order company which had several claims of being a Germany-based company when in fact it was not registered and it does not exist. According to Qiu Baochang of the Beijing Lawyer's Association, it was a classic case of a local company trying to survive by appearing to sell a foreign brand-name product. He also added that the scam survived so long because of the lack of administrative supervision and the mass clamor for foreign brands.
