Abstract
- The article reports that China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has developed a three-step overall plan to the development of the biofuel sector in the country. The three-step plan includes; achieve technology commercialization during the Eleventh Five-Year Program period from 2006-2010, achieve large-scale production during 2011-2015, and make vigorous development after 2015. NDRC refers bio-fuel as to fuel ethanol and biodiesel produced from bio-resources.
